TeleClasses
Where do I find the phone number for the class?
The phone number and all other details needed will be sent to you by email when you register for a class.
How do I register for a class?
Click here to register for a class. Just pick the date and time you would like, for the class and click the register button.
How do I know what time it is in my area?
Beside each class is a box labelled "Check the time in your area". Click the box next to your class to make sure you have the correct time.
Do I need a login code to sign up for the classes?
To register for a public class you do not need a login code. Just register as per the instructions above
Is there a toll free number to call for the class?
You will be responsible for your long distance phone charges for the class.

Newsletter
Can I change from an HTML version of the newsletter to a text version?
To change your subscription click here and enter your email address, selecting the version you would like to receive from the drop down menu
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

I don't seem to be receiving the Natural Selling newsletter anymore, what should I do?
To make sure that Natural Selling e-zines and support emails are not filtered into your "junk" or "bulk" folder, you might need to add Natural Selling to your list of trusted senders. Here's how:
Please check out the options below...
Hotmail:
Place the domain Natural Selling in your safe list. The safe list can be accessed via the "Options" link next to the main menu tabs.
AOL:
Place the domain Natural Selling in your address book.
Yahoo! Mail:
If one of our e-zines is filtered to your 'bulk' folder, open the message and click on the "this is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.
Other providers:
If our Natural Selling newsletter is being filtered, try adding our domain from our newsletter's 'From' or 'Reply-to' address to your address book or contact list. If this option is not available, try moving the message to your 'inbox' or forwarding the message to yourself.
If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP's tech support and specifically ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from NaturalSelling.com. Follow their instructions for white listing Natural Selling.
We support fully the anti-spam measures of all mail servers and ISPs. But please do make sure that your mail server or ISP is not accidentally keeping Natural Selling information from you.

Shipping
I haven't received my product(s) yet, how long should it take to get here?
Orders shipped to the USA
Priority mail - 3-5 days business days for delivery.
Media rate: 7-14 business days for delivery.
International orders can take up to 1 - 8 weeks depending on the shipping method you choose.
I haven't received my product(s) yet and it's been longer than the shipping time should be.
If your package has not arrived by the suggested time above, please send us an email at info@naturalselling.com including your order number, and your shipping address.
Will I be charged anything extra to have my
product(s) shipped international?
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Refund Policy
What is your refund policy?
Products: For merchandise shipped directly from Natural Selling Inc. you may return any product in its original condition within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund to the following address:

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Teleclasses: No refunds will be made once any class has started. A full refund will be made on request by email less 10% handling and cost of any materials.
Workshops: Registrations for workshops are transferable, but not refundable in most circumstances.
